Biography

         Danielle Mayo is much more than a Christmas baby from Southern New Jersey who loves her toes in the sand. Her talent for singing was discovered by her parents when she started memorizing songs at the early age of 2. Her unquenchable thirst for music was further ignited when she learned to play the guitar and piano. In her youth, she found her passion for songwriting. As a teenager, Danielle participated in countless choirs and talents shows. She also performed the National Anthem at local sporting events throughout the community. By the age of 17, Danielle had self-released her first album. This album can be found on iTunes today. It is compiled of mostly original songs and few covers.

            When Danielle was 18, she enrolled in the Music Business Program at Drexel University in Philadelphia. While a student at Drexel, she had the rare opportunity to work at Atlantic Records in New York City and Equity Communications in Atlantic City, NJ. In 2009, Danielle graduated from Drexel University.

            After college, Danielle went on to sing as lead female vocalist in several cover bands within the Marinos Band Organization in South Jersey. Covering songs of female Country favorites, Top 40 hits, Rock, Disco, and more, Danielle has performed in many Atlantic City and Pennsylvania Casinos. She has also performed at numerous bars in Southern New Jersey as well as events within the community.

            Danielle continues to work on her covers and original music. Her love for music has been her driving force throughout her life and it continues to be. She is humble, yet bold. Danielle is one to watch out for in the music industry both behind the scenes and on the stage.
